LCV Originated from the VITOโs Laser Centre (www.vito.be). The team started with repair projects and from 2017 LCV initiated a strategic shift away from repair activity towards volume manufacturing applications. This shift focussed on volume coating applications and 3D printing for dedicated applications.
From 2022 LCV became part of the SKF Group.
Technology/expertise for ENLIGHTEN project:
LCV has a broad expertise on Powder Laser Metal Deposition. Moving to industrial manufacturing triggered LCV to put their priority on ensuring stable industrial processes and controlling them, which is essential to deliver qualified and repeatable products.
