The additive manufacturing segment of ADIRA Metal Forming Solutions was spinned-off to ADIRA Addcreative, a new company to boost the industrialization of its patented large volume metal L-PBF technology.
This is an unique technology to print extremely complex and unique metal parts for high-end industries in the Space, Energy or Aviation sectors.
Technology/expertise for ENLIGHTEN project:
The “Tiled Laser Meting” (TLM) technology, is a revolutionary method for LPBF process. The main advantage: scalability and customization, being able to build large parts without compromising on the part quality and detail.
The short lead times associated with additive manufacturing allow faster design iterations with virtually no limits for design complexity. The unique combination of part size, geometry complexity and superior quality opens a series of new potential applications on the Space Sector.
Our participation in ENLIGHTEN is a unique opportunity to demonstrate the maturity of our additive manufacturing technology. With the patented Tiled Laser Melting concept, our machines are able to produce large L-PBF metal parts with superior quality. We are excited to produce benchmarks that will be evaluated and contribute to the advancement of the space sector and are confident that our technology will exceed expectations and show the potential for new, innovative solutions in space exploration and production.
